Two of mine went within a week of each other.

Cylinder nos. 4 and 1 went within a week of each other. They were L code coils, on my '03 2.7.

Depending on the misfires, the scan might show two or more cylinders misfiring when only one...

Usually an alternator.

Check your alternator and battery wire connections and make sure they're tight.

It's not really an apples-to-apples comparison because she has switchable 4WD, whereas you don't. She's also running a naturally-aspirated engine that's twice the size and probably cruises at half...
