Quattro wheels..........

This is my fourth set of wheels, finally got it right. OEM twin spokes were too heavy & impossible to clean. The 19"s rode too harsh, the 18" Voxx Misanno corroded within weeks of mounting. These are Hartmann RS6 replicas. They are clearly the most well made of the bunch. OEM offset of 20, OEM bolts (ball seat), OEM center caps & IMHO they look great. I have been too cheap to pay the price. But..they were on sale at Achtuning for $199. Now if only the road condiments don't wreck them.

Amen to that last bit, but very nice...my favorite look in an allroad wheel...
you will take on allroad'Ed_nows rep for lots of shoes in your garage if you keep this up Also agree on the twin spoke cleanliness issue...mine are currently a mess...I like the way they look when clean, but...

Discount Tire deserves kudos for the end result...........
The Voxx wheels I had mounted last October began to corrode in November. Discount Tire did not hesitate to warranty them when I made an issue of the finish. They then proceeded to buy the Hartmann's for me & sell them to me at Achtuning's sale price. I was pleased enough with Discount's efforts to buy all the tech's donuts, again. So anyways I am not accumulating sets like Ed seemed to.

Those are horrible looking wheels with an ugly color ar. You should look at my car for guidance!

Road condiments...
That one made me smile. Though you do have to say it's kind of like Henry Ford's comment about the paint color on the Model T.
"They can have any road condiments they want, as long as it's salt."
I know it's getting cold out, but I had to go through the wash tonight. Mine was filthy after driving down to Winona the night we got that 3/4" of snow. (Wednesday?) And they say they're rationing the salt... I call B.S.

Sad to say.... likely there would be far more damage done without it.
Looking forward to the day a chemical is found to do the same thing without the damage to vehicles.
