Q5 vs MB ML350 4matic

The wife likes SUV's (I have a TT) . Yesterday traded in the MB for a '12 Q5 3.2 Premium. So here are my observations.
MB was taller and always felt top heavy especially in turns, Q5 is definately...

Well I went with the 3.2 due to more availability with the Nav option. At the end of the day MPG wasn't a significant factor just wanted to get the Q for the wife and she wouldn't consider w/o NAV. ...
