Throttle Sticking ??

Throttle Sticking ??
Seems as though the throttle sticks under hard exceleration (08' B8 2.0T). I have had Jags that had this problem and the throttle body needed cleaning. Anyone ever had this issue and if so what was determined to be the cause? Thx for any & all replies.
