Looks like all the mechanicals work.

If you part it out, just the engine and transmission alone should get you some coin.

Both have been great cars.

I had the Saturn for 6 years and did HPDE and Auto-x's with it every year. At least 60-70 track events total. Did have to rebuild the motor and replace the tranny...

Yup, underdrive pulleys will help, but the big hp guys will go elsewhere (BMW 335, etc)

Both superchargers and turbos have their plusses and minuses. The only thing I have against superchargers is that once you put an underdrive pully on the supercharger, you are basically done for...

I'm just wondering when someone makes a turbo conversion for that motor to remove the supercharger. I may pay more attention then.

Also, what's going to go into the new RS4? Supercharged V8?
