Default 2001.5 A4 APR Stage3+ totalled was in excellent condition...

I didnt even have dings on the car. some guy rear ended me at a light going who knows how fast the skid marks are soo long you can see how far back they go.

I was stopped and he probably was texting someone then looked up and slammed on his brakes. He blamed himself and said he was sorry.

It pushed my car into a bmw, it had minor damage under $1500? it was a 98 528i

no one was hurt, I had a bad headache, neck does feel a little sore

Default Ouch, glad you are OK...relatively speaking. :/

Coulda been worse, he could have not braked at all.
Good thinking snapping pics, did police respond, take statements, etc?
The guy was decent to apologize and take blame, just hope it stays that way and the insurance settlement goes smoothly.
