He was probably referring to the Stasis tune which offers a warranty but is NOT keeping any sort of warranty related to Audi.

Had both my headlights replaced under warranty. LED running lights would go out and the whole unit needed to be replaced.

No problems since.

MY09's had problems with water pump and headlights....

Likely just the standard crush bend and normal. Most manufacturers use crush bends for exhaust piping as it is much cheaper than the alternative.

I still experience a groaning noise at low speeds on hot days but I haven't noticed the shuttering and vibration being nearly as violent as it used to be. I'm not sure if it even vibrates at all...

If you're referring the the RS6, pretty sure that's real. The car is an absolute monster. Their TCU remap lets it bounce off the rev limiter.
