Don't think that stuff is still available, Turtle does have a tar and bug remover but it is a creme like solution. BTW, mineral spirits will remove tar and sap.

In that case try some z6. Spray it on, let it sit for a couple minutes, and then wipe it off.

I was wrong, it was not Turtle Wax Bug & Tar remover, it was GUNK Tar & Bug remover.

Its likely to be some type of petroleum distillate. Try it.

Yes it is (and flammable) and it works.

did the 70% alcohol and came right off.....
