Steve Ankney had this problem...

He could not get that line out either.

He and Jim Bush used a barb fitting where the line split just before the accumulator.

It's a real PITA to get the barb seated in far enough into that...

As far as I know CIS is a mechanical fueling system. The chip is basically to change the wastegate frequency to attain higher boost and still keep the rpm cutoff. Someone chim in if I'm missing...

Check diff fluid level and maybe change it out...

Make sure to use a GL-4 fluid, debate is still out, but supposedly GL-5 eats away the synchros.

If you have a spare knock sensor, try that...

Had a similer problem to yours except my car threw back the knock sensor code. I would also try replacing that swicth, re-soldering seems to be more of a band-aid for a while, but replacing...

If your uncertain when it's line up when your all done...

Take your spark plugs out and useing your torque wrench (as not to over torque the cam bolt) turn the cam bolt to see if you hit any valves in a complete rotation of the engine. Just make sure you...

Mine's got the same thing bud...

I think they all do, at least the collection of manifolds I have in my garage anyway. They seem solid and secure, and I don't think I've ever heard of them chipping off and going through the turbo....

Audifans has a write up on the fix. Would have done mine... if I could get the tach needle off. Did not want to bust something so I just put mine back togther. There is suposedly a commen loose...

Mine froze at the end of the throttle cable last year..
