Default Upgrading a 5kcstq with 200tq parts

I too love the auto boneyard and spent some time this afternoon comparing interchangeability of interior and body parts and corrections or experience requested- As far as I can tell the door panels off a 200 will fit on 5k doors. Instrument panel will also fit but assume more wires are required to accomadate the new guages (steering column and trim may be needed as well). The door handles can't be adapted without using the door skins from the 200. Headliner (better design with the 200) is interchangeable. Did I miss anything?

Hey, I've put alot of various 200 parts in my 5ktq.

The headliner will work with some fussing. BTDT.

Door panels I didn't do because it looked like the door wouldn't close due to the panels not being flush at the door jamb. If you swap the whole 200 dash in then you won't have a problem AFAIK...

BTW, there are a couple of brackets off the 200 you will need to swap over the door panels on the 5ktq. Make sure to get those when you leave the junkyard.

Correct on the door handles. You can swap the whole complete door if you want. Seen it done. Kind of a PITA.

Seats fit but you will have to rewire them and remove the center storage compartment if you want to use the armrest on the 200 seats.
