Can we flash or upgrade the stupid Android OS from the entertainments units? Any suggestions why i am not able to download skype (it doesn't have a camera) but google hangout works

Do you have any pictures of Rumik Running boards on Q7. i also saw some brands from China claiming the running boards are OEM fit but i am afraid they might not be worth spending time and money..
