Default Paint or wrap?

Thought I could do without The Black Optic Package. But it’s starting to grow on me. Car color is ink blue. What is the most cost efficient way of going about this? Buying factory BOP items and switching it out is out of the question as that is the most expensive route. I am thinking of painting all the silver and chrome pieces glossy black or wrapping it in glossy black. Thoughts?

I would wrap them. It’s easier and cheaper. Plus if you don’t like it you just remove the wrap.

I would wrap as well. I'm here in NY and have a Carrara White coming from a Black Optics Ibis white s6 I got quoted $650 to wrap everything (matte black roof rails to match OEM black optics, satin black window trims, gloss black front grille, and lower grilles and rear valance and side blades) along with my front window and windshield tint. Unsure how much it would've been without tint, but certainly less costly than buying the possibly scavenging for the OEM stuff

Thanks!! I decided to go with gloss black all the way around. Dropping it off 5/21 to get it done + front and read dash cam installation.

Here’s the results: gloss black wrapped all the way around + cross bars to match. Just need to get New muffler tips to match.

Looks good. Are you going to do anything with the rims?

Thank you. I’m thinking about getting them wrapped eventually but will be moving to an area with snow. It’s an idea for now. Next is APR ECU tune and Ceramic coating than maybe new rims or getting it wrapped

The wrap job looks amazing! How much did it end up costing?
Any chance you had this done in the Seattle area?

Thank you. It was $1100 for the wrap, dash cam (front + rear) and dash cam install in SoCal. I used to live in Seattle. I would talk to Park Place Salon in Bellevue. They were the only ones who touched my Mercedes when I was living up there.

i believe the correct wrap color would be black titanium but I got gloss black all the way around.
