Anyways I had battery tested and was a bad battery. Got a new one and now the ignitions are much stronger.

From what i read at audizine from a tranny specialist is that the fluid actually gets thicker as it gets used. He even specified that new fluid is thinner than used fluids. Forgot the reasoning.

I would try to sell it. IMO the 3.0 isnt the most stout audi engine in addition to being the most unreliable (IMO)

3.0 common problems:
Cats fail at a much higher rate than any other c5 engine....

From my experience, the dealer is usually the cheap place for g12. $23 for a gallon. If you dint have an Audi dealer close by, check out Volkswagen. They also carry g12 for same price.

I'm thinking it's only done for the halogen pre facelifted a6. Other needs their headlights on for the fogs to be on.
