Interesting , 2 of my kids drive similar cars. one has the Q3 2016 and one has the VW TIGUAN 2016
in the 2 cars the front coil spring broke. apparently its very common on this cars.

:) I am happy to report that the very small leak was fix. as you read on my 1 post
my 2 INDY did not find the leak. I did like 4 cycles of adding coolant when low.
takes about a month for a cycle....

I remember my mechanic had to cut through a metal to access the sensor.
he also did not want to remove the fuel tank.
