10/4/2021 update: The car is still in the service department at the Audi dealership for its fourth consecutive week, and the sixth week overall. After replacing an electrical loom and another valve and re-running the suspension calibration, the car still visibly leans to the front passenger side. They've submitted a technical case to Technical Audi Center, and are awaiting word from them.

As of 10/8, the Service Advisor reported they were doing a live Zoom call with Audi Technical Center. Unfortunately, I did not hear back from them before the end of business Friday.

Had a similar problem but with one rear wheel. it was a bad sensor.
Is your car under warranty ? going to the dealer without warranty is a big cash grab.
and most of the time , they are not even better then the independent.
good luck

I am going through this now as well. When I tried to put mine in raised suspension mode it would try and pump up all four struts, but would not make it. Pump would overheat or system would time out after a few minutes. Either way, the air compressor would shut down. After letting it set for about an hour I could noticeable see the front passenger side was dropping down. Pulled off air strut to find a 10mm slice in the rubber air bag and a lot of dry rot.

Good Luck!

As of 10/18: Audi dealer diagnosed faulty Air Control Module and will replace the front right Air Strut as well. They are working with the Carmax/Maxcare warranty company, which is sending an inspector to verify the diagnosis due to the high $ expense. It remains to be seen if this will fully resolve the issue, so I'll continue to post with progress as they apprise me.

As of 10/26: MaxCare (Carmax's warranty) sent an inspector to the dealership on 10/22, who approved the repair and parts. Audi ordered the parts that day. ETA is up to two weeks, due to supply-chain issues.

As of 11/6: Audi dealership replaced the following parts, which so far have successfully solved the issue:
  • 1J0-973-802 HOUSING
  • 4H0-907-553-E CONTROL
  • 4H0-616-039-AR DAMPER
  • N-911-822-01 FLANGE NUT (X 8)
Here are the tech's notes: "During inspection found the front right air strut to not be filling with air properly. Level control module not able to calibrate all 4 air struts properly. Removed and replaced front right air strut and level control module. Performed basic settings of the air ride and all ride heights and measurements now correct."

Hello. I'm glad to learn that. I was having a few problems too. I will stop by a service as soon as possible, taking this list into consideration. Thank you for letting me know about the progress.
