Just a heads up: a broken timing belt will mean that the valves made contact with the pistons. You wouldn't want to just take the head off, swap the head and then run it.

I'd say 95% it's the ICM. They like to fail on cylinder 2. Get the Huco replacement, it's cheaper. Use thermal grease when you install it.
