The ECU has been tested and it checked good, would the ABS light cause me to not be able to check codes of the ECU? I am pretty sure i am not getting power to the ECU to get it to turn on but i am not sure what is causing that.

Dude. Get a grip. You need to pull codes. First you need to find out why this is not happening. I suggested that you disconnect the ABS because it sounds like you have some unaddressed ABS issue. A bad ABS control unit may flood the K line with garbage and make it impossible to read codes. Focus on getting communication going with the ECU, not cranking the starter.
