I made my own.

Use the metal parts from some hanging file folders and cut them with a dremel. Search for some pictures of the keys to get an idea how to cut them. Takes 10 minutes and it was free...

my in dash still works... press the CD button to switch b/w in dash changer and icelink...

icelink will disable any external CD changers like in the trunk or the glove compartment...

Try Loctite 262, 270, or 272

Try a downshift with a DSG... it's fast... very fast...

Spent some time in my brother's TT. It took some time to get used to coming from my 6sp, but once you get the hang of it, it's really amazing what the DSG can do...

Took ten minutes to install... just follow the directions.

Do a search for "radio keys" if you need to make the keys to pull out the radio yourself.

Not easy... I had to order mine...

They did a search in all of the western region and came up nil. Given that, I don't know how many are floating around used. If you find one, however, you will not be dissapointed. Good luck!

The trick is to turn the volume up on the MP3 player until about 80% of max volume. I did a comparison with a CD with both my Dell DJ and an iPod and they are barely any different from the CD. YMMV.

Not a performance mod but I've been known to drive faster when there are good tunes on. Also makes a convenient place to hang my Sticky Bumps air freshener. :)
