Default I made my own.
Use the metal parts from some hanging file folders and cut them with a dremel. Search for some pictures of the keys to get an idea how to cut them. Takes 10 minutes and it was free...

Default they were like 4 bucks...
you might as well buy them in case you have a radio problem down the road and wanna remove the icelink before service

Default you wanna be careful with them getting stuck though...
its hard enough to get the real keys out sometimes
