Latest mod...
Not a performance mod but I've been known to drive faster when there are good tunes on. Also makes a convenient place to hang my Sticky Bumps air freshener.

its almost as good as a CD. (m)
The trick is to turn the volume up on the MP3 player until about 80% of max volume. I did a comparison with a CD with both my Dell DJ and an iPod and they are barely any different from the CD. YMMV.
