Hello all! Long time no see!

Its been years since my D2 left the stable and I defected for the E60 5er....sorry! My A8 was undoubtedly my favorite car of all time! I see a few familiar names (tozo!!!)

Anyways, I'm popping...

The sudden acceleration shifted the weight from the fronts to the rears, which oversteered

I would take oversteer over understeer anyday! The only thing scary is if you have stock suspension and the D2 is a bit boaty if its pure stock. The Quattro does a lot for stability.

Oh gawd.....miss my A8!

Soooo got the first freezing rain/snow experience in the Bimmer....missed the previous snow storm in Cleveland...was in China for work.

Boy, that DSC, DTC, ABS......works nicely...but not as well...

I dunno of any venues that will let me have a TV and sound on during football season! I have put some feelers out there with the S2000 guys in Cleveland. My boss is putting out the word for PCA...

My buddy Erik is obsessed with R8s. We got to sit in one and paw all over it. He offered to start 'er up and rev it a bit, but the battery was dead....and you can't get to it via hood for some...

Just so you know...those wheels on Paulw were photoshopped....but a great idea to get them together!

I know there is another site somewhere that has wheels of D2s, but I think the wheels in that site are outdated.

I will say that BMW service is pretty nice. Its better than Audi...but then again..I wasn't taking

2nd.....i was an idiot before and overfilled...foamed the oil....the oil warning came on because the

sump couldn't pick up the oil....then kept over filling, thinking it was low....then lots of smoke. Thank God nothing bad happened. I changed the oil and like 11 qts came out.
