Ok,

Flex is the most expensive of these three,

But it is the much more powerfull and heavy enough to detail roof much easier..

I assume you know how to use the rotary, and you understand...

I think you are using too fast rotary speed.
or moving rotary too fast
or not keeping pads flat enough..

that's why you get so much buffer swirls

I've used Metabo, Makita, and Flex rotary (not DA)..

and I think Makita is easiest to use from these three for beginners.

Metabo is light but not ergonomic..
and if you dont hold it properly, it will over heat.

Makita is moderate heavy,...

I don't understand why you need Power Gloss Compound.

I rearly use them, sometime it takes longer to clean up the mass that's been created by using too abbrasive product.

Nano Polish and Micro is different. Nano is slightly more abrasive than micro...
