Thanks for your response. I had a 97 B5 A4 that I drove for about 120k miles from 98 till about 2004, and my parents used it as a winter car from 2004-2009, at 210k miles the only major things done...

put another 7000 miles on the car....

Audi engines need time to open up to their potential. Plus I don't know how many miles you have on the car since the exhaust but that can effect your runs as well.

I think your missing the point....

The S5 SHOULD weigh less. Remember 4 vs 2 doors. I dont know if its 300 pounds but don't expect to see 300 pounds less in a B8. And the shift in weight because of the design of a coupe vs sedan might...
