Even after I clean the exhaust, ours also looks like that after about 500 miles. I've checked other gas Q5's around here and there are all the same way.

From what I remember it is in the MMI menu under central locking. I set them to not fold up whenever I go to the car wash, then return them to the folding option once all the water has dissipated.

I found for the rear vents, they only seem to work if you have air blowing out the front dash vents. If they are blowing out of those particular vents, then air is also flowing out of the rear vents....

The Nokians are fantastic. Unbelievable traction on ice and snow. Really good in slushy conditions as well. On glare ice you have to give the Q5 a fair bit of gas to get the tires to break traction....
