You should be able to get a set of 5 triple-square bits from your local tool store for $10. Worth it to have in your arsenal. Just be sure you clean the bolt head out and make sure the bit is fully...

Hi all,
about a year and a half ago I slid out my CD changer/GPS CD drive unit to change a burnt out left hand brake light. In doing so I broke a connector on the 'diversity box' (part number 4d0...

You removed it completely and installed a new one this way?

If so that is even better. This is looking better all the time. I know it is going to suck no matter what but the less stuff I have to disconnect the better.

OK this looks a bit more manageable than pulling the engine forward... At least I can leave the car here at work and do it on a lift instead of having to get the car towed home again. Am I going to...

Yup I must have tweaked the bleed valve

I think I can see a crack on the side of the slave. I must have pushed the socket wrench against the bleed valve on the slave cylinder while trying to crank that shifter nut on there tight. I am...

I bought my car at 50k miles and beat on it for 16k miles before having a single problem (my clutch pressure plate suddenly failed about a month ago). I replaced the clutch myself with an RS4 unit...

Is there supposed to be an o-ring on the temp sensor on lower rad. hose?

The last thing I need to do before starting my car after 2 weeks of work and waiting is fill the radiator, but the temperature sensor will not seal... I think I lost a damn o-ring somehow!
