where can i get the best complete timing belt kit?

Go with VAST, I believe they use a lot of OEM components vs OE from others.
Or let me give you a list of OEM part numbers that you will need for a complete kit and you can order from Craig @ Genuine and maybe get it even cheaper than buying a "kit".<ul><li><a href="http://www.genuinevwaudiparts.com">http://www.genuinevwaudiparts.com</a</li></ul>

I went with Blauparts
By my brief research, it was the most complete kit, including the 4 liters of pentosin coolant, and free shipping. All the parts I got appear to be very high quality. No problems whatsoever with the install.
