Looking to upgrade from b6 3.0l 6spd to s4 6spd any input would be great!

This would be my 6th Audi. So i am no stranger to them. I am looking for some input on them. I will be looking at 2004-2005s with 70-80 thousand miles on them. I am wondering reliability? Timing belt...

Well if you have the wire coming out of the pad...

Well if you have the wire coming out of the pad then you will get a worning when they are low. And yes most pads come with squelers when they squeal it means the pads are low.

Sounds like the exhaust to me. It could be a heat shield also. I know when i took down my exhaust to put my neuspeed one on i noticed i had a broken hanger. Its located on top of the center muffler....

No regretes buying used. The exhaust only had 3000 miles on it. He bought it for his wifes car she didnt like the noise. I bought it on craigs list.
