Aftermarket Exhaust 2004 Audi A4 3.0
I have decided to finally take the plunge and buy aftermarket exhaust for my Audi. What has held me back from doing this in the past is the finacial aspect, I am currently in college and puting together $1000 is not an easy thing to do.. Although as summer is approaching I am planing on increasing my income and exhaust is the first thing on my list. I still would like to keep costs low by purchasing the exhaust used. Finding exhaust for the 3.0 is more challenging then I had expected.. Although i have done some reasearch and it seems as if; B6 S4 exhaust will fit my car as well. I feel as if this would increase my searhcing ability as many more people install aftermarket exhaust on S4s rather then A4s. I post this thread wondering if anyone has information on this, or any advice on buying exhaust. Brands, places to look and instalation information.
Thanks,
David

I bought a Neuspeed exhaust for my b6 a4. Sounds awsome and i found mine used. It was like brand new i only paid 150 for it retail is around 1,000. Dont cheap out my friend did and it didnt fit for ****. Go on you-tube and type in Audi A4 Ultra Sport 3.0 Quattro w/ Neuspeed cat back exhaust. They did a great video so you know how it sounds.

Ryan,
I've watched the videos on youtube, of all the different exhaust manufactures. Neuspeed is definitely a good company, my friend has an R32 with neuspeed exhaust and it sounds amazing, and it is a high quality product. I believe that all of the exhaust sounds good, whether it be milltek, neuspeed or supersprint.. I don’t think you can go wrong. Where did you find your used exhaust? And wow that’s a great price! I am not willing to sacrifice quality for price, but I am willing to buy used if I can find a used system. Did you have any problem or regrets about buying second hand?
