Just a hint for no start.
Check the clutch switch.
If it is not working properly, it assumes that you are not pushing down the clutch pedal and will not crank.

Also, the alarm sometimes goes...

I just got the heated one.
I actually dont even like the side view mirrors tinted.

just to clarify, I meant wiggle the adjusting lever on the back of the brake caliper.
ie the lever that the cable is attached to.

isn't it funny that the exact same thing can happen like that....

ie part number and what other parts are needed ie the gasket or oring or whatever.

I have been told that the stat is on the lower portion of the hoses.

I had the same with my brakes. Just wiggled it...

I had the same with my brakes.
Just wiggled it back and forth and wd40'd it.
It lasted nearly a year and did it again.
parking brake works fine otherwise.

Would this sensor be on all cars with the factory alarm system?
Mine seems to be missing.

Started around 90k and is speed sensitive, not rpm sensitive.
Changed tires and is still there.
Can it be the drive train???

Windshield Chip

Anyone have any advice on fixing a front windshield? It has a small fracture and some are suggesting a resin injected into the crack to fill it.

I had one go in the fall and my dentist just told me he has had 3 go on his A4.

I just wanted to put a gallon of mixed fuel I had left over during the winter, in my 60 liter tank and have it diluted.
