The important thing is not the actual number, but the delta on the same dyno, same conditions. If you do a pull or two, get a 260whp, and then drop tune in and get a followup dyno an hour later on...

I think I have misstated the problem...

I have no issues turning the car over and firing up. Cranks just fine. Its when I give it a little gas or put it in gear when still cold and it surges a bit and is sluggish until it gets the juices...
