I wouldn't re-core the radiator. The plastic end tanks are the weak point and will deteriorate and become brittle with age. I got an ALL metal one from a friend who works at a radiator shop.

That would take care of the "bump" feature. Newer posts get bumped down. This is looking better though than when it first rolled out.

If the spare has the same factory wheel, I would just buy 1 tire...

and use the spare and the new tire together. Use one of the slightly used tire as your spare.

My guess is they are cosmetic, ejector pins wouldn't leave a through hole.....

nor would the hole be radiussed on the wheel face, just a guess though.
