search for "window reset" in the this forum.

if that doesn't do the trick -- pull the door card off and look at the regulator. good luck, i just replaced mine and it was not fun.

i bought a used module and it's been fine ever since.

the theory is they sometimes do "bit-flips" in sub freezing weather. that is when mine broke.
