Default he he, i wouldn't do that...from the little bit of audiworld-ing i've done here, i've learnt>>

if it's a complete stranger, don't negotiate and call the cops right away. glad you finally got your money back; when i called, at first laramie police dept. responded, and then since this was right in the middle of the campus, university police was sent

Default worst case is you get an estimate at one of their approved shops, then..

theyll give you the check and you take it to the Shop of your choice.

Default WRONG>

that's what they always say, but by law you're allowed to go wherever you want

because her insurance will be paying out you really shouldn't have an issue

Odds are the shop you pick they've dealt with before and they have their own rates they'll work with them

Personally, I'd raise hell and get it fixed where I want and wouldn't accept their shop. but that's just me. Don't ever let them tell you; who is the one paying the premiums?

Again, her fault. You shouldn't have an issue

Default thanks, now i know what to tell them when i see them tomorrow>>

problem is what if the amount that they assess as an estimate is less than what 'my' body shop comes up with?

Default sounds like an awful person -- she gave you >>

"the best defense is a good offense" routine.

looks like an easy fix.

Default Get a copy of the report, call your insurance, fax it to them. VOILA.

Dumbish is all I can say about the perpetrator. And that story you tell about her attitude just makes me mad:

"The ugly American"- we should all read it again.

This is everyone's country. It IS the land of opportunity. **** on the narrow-minded faux-liberals!
8^)

I feel better now.
