Your best bet...

is probably do the install in two stages. You might be without your car for a little bit, but worth it for this level of customization.

HRE M41 and M49...

Interesting to note, HRE now makes a monoblok that look like the RS4 stockers. http://www.hrewheels.com/wheels/monoblok/audi/m41. Also I think that the m49 might look good for anyone to try....

you would think so, but under our warranty brake rotors and pads are not covered. I had issues with my brakes and rotors and actually left my dealer over it and purchased an alcon bbk.

I got the r8 caps through oempl.us...

and the washer fluid cap was from www.jcapsonline.com The washer cap is billet aluminum. Not quite what you call cheap, but the detail in the engraved washer symbol sold me.
