first step with electrical issues - find the fuse panel and start there
also more details with what exactly went out with all those, ie, heater isnt blowing any air or it isnt hot anymore, ect.

one on the inside of the radiator passenger side, and another outside of the radiator, driver side
assuming of course this is a 2001-05 car . . . you failed to include those...

dont have a pic right off hand, but there is a big honkin 40 amp fuse in the ecu box that is for the sai pump
im willing to bet that is blown, the relay doesnt fail very often
