Took it to another dealer and they told me that it needs another nav unit. Will be about a week or so until they receive it from Deutchland.

Thanks for all the info. The dealer confirmed that it needs a new nav unit. Only two units in the US currently, so they are trying to overnight one. I can wait as they gave me a nice 2014 A8L to hold...
