Yes I agree refinishing them is definetely more cost effective and they do look great...on a side note i believe the wheels you may have wanted are discontinued.

Brakes are brand new. Everything was cleaned and is spotless. I live in Wisconsin the car is kept inside and isn't even driven in the rain. I think that metal spring clip is rubbing on the aluminum....

If you take the TPMS sensors off the old wheels look at the date code on them. If they are more than 5yrs old I personally would not go through the trouble of swapping them they probably will be dead...
