I have, though I always assumed it was because of the iPhone/iPod Volume Limit . . .

. . . despite the fact that I have it set to "Off." All the same, I appreciate the unit's ease-of-use and reliability to date.

Yes, that's it. The unit comes with the removal tool, and the cord is in fact black.

Well, I'd say no . . .

I had a Griffin iTrip, but couldn't stand it. I eventually installed an XCarlink interface, which works well with my first generation iPhone. But I hated that FM transmitter; the sound quality from...

I can hear the fuel pump sometimes, bu only when I'm just about empty.

The reception on my Bose is fine and here in the Berkeley Hills, that's saying a lot. If only the reception on my iPhone was as good; well, actually any cell phone . . .

Re: Here's my tail end. Does it look like this?

I guess I could get a finger in there, but it would probably have to be a small one . . .

Yep, and me too.

Sorry to hear it, though I'm glad you're okay. Hopefully, the car will be too after a visit to the body shop.

My OEM 180 hp exhaust was $501.45 . . .

This cost excludes another $34.17 for the rear exhaust clamp.

These figures, which of course match the bill from my body shop, are from the damage assessment I received from AAA, the insured...

Way too many to count as favorites; too bad my French is nothing like my German . . .

. . . because with a couple of exceptions, I could leave my wife for any one of them.

Oh wait, I already did!

Whew, timing belt AOK at 51,718 miles.

I got an oil change and they threw in two burned out taillight bulbs for free. All for a grand total of $81.87. The car is getting washed now.

If I could just have a working gas gauge, other...

Well, considering how little money I've put into the car, I guess I'm due . . .

I'll double-check my service record tomorrow when I go in, but I haven't had any repairs done outside of warranty with the exception of maintenance and brakes. Nada, zilch, nichts.

I...

Okay, bear with me here; can someone tell me why I'm getting my timing belt inspected tomorrow?

More importantly, why am I paying for a replacement, assuming it's called for, if the damned thing has a 100,000 mile warranty? Did I dream that last part up? Yes, I received the letter, but if...

It's definitely documented, and with Sonnen; I complained many years ago . . .

. . . but I still got the nagging feeling that I'm SOL.

Not that it's going to matter, but I've been loyal to Sonnen since August 1999 when I ordered my car. (Let's not count the time I took it...
