Does the rear bumper readjust up/down

got my car back from the bodyshop and there is a gap now where the hatch meets the bumper. Easily finger size. Is that normal. Seems like it fit better before

I believe the latch adjusts. If the other gaps on the bumper are normal, probably the latch mechanism needs to be adjusted.
