minor damage on left rear quarter panel .. anyone know the previous owner? was it loved? beaten like a red-headed step child?

well . checked it out. the interior is trashed.
chipped, exhaust, aftermarket clutch, suspension.
theyre asking 13k as is. waaaay overpriced.
decent project car if it sold for 8k. =b
