Default FREE! 1.3 liters of extra oil with your 15K service...

Unfortunately, it's delivered in the crankcase..

I finally had a chance to check the oil level after my 15K service..
I was upset last service because they overfilled it by 1/4". This time, Jim Ellis Atlanta outdid themselves:

The inset shows the dipstick. Small arrow is where the level should be, large is where it was, and the pitcher contains what I pumped out to get it to the correct level.

Oh, on the first service, they left several drops of oil on the air cleaner cover, wheel bolts overtorqued, and this time, a black grease smudge hear the top of the A-pillar, on the white headliner.
I plan to make a morning test drive to Nalley, just to see if it's possible to get there for an 0730 appointment.

more like a legit reason to ask for a new engine, turbos, and exhaust.

Default 2nd

I have swore them off after similar events. Nalley is a stretch for me to get to living right in Atl. I'm 100% Indy shop that is 2 blocks away from me now. Gotta love the Big Boys. At $95/hr. you'd expect a little more attention to details.

Default Thats just unprofessional

They should know how much oil goes into a car, especially since its a new one.

I would understand if it was a 1985 or whatever, even then they should know it.

no way. MAYBE a cat, but unless you're puking smoke out the back, no damage was done.
