Went to the strip today to make some passes... My buddy who bought my mustang and his father went... Good times as he is hooked... Couldn't do to well because of the cold temps, wornout DR's, bad prep, and still learning the car... He trapped in the mid 120's but ran low 12's... We only ran once and he had an issue on launch and shut down...

Anyway, ran a new best mph but not ET... 60's weren't the greatest and it cost me in ET even with the improved traps... I still need to go over the logs but I'll send them to J and Tsivas to look at... Definetly saw 16+ psi and timing was still strong but I did have some pull... IAT's were great...

My Car: 2010 Audi S4 - DSG with sports dif, 7,075 miles, 1/4 tank of gas, tools and spare removed

Mods: APR tune, APR pulley, LFC's, miltek non-res exhaust, custom intake, APR CPS, front and rear sways, Alu Kruez, Brembo BBK, JHM LW rear rotors, BBS CHR's, tire pressure 38F 34R

Conditions: 50F, 48% humidity, 30.61 BP.... DA was 220... In 25 years of drag racing that was the 3rd highest BP I have ever seen... Ambient kPa was 99...

Here are the top 3 slips… All 119 traps and 11.7x times… Ran 6 times in total with 4 11.7x and 2 11.8x... I just couldn’t 60 ft the car… dropped the pressure twice but no dice… also got crowded and had to wait in the staging lines…

Weather permitting they will be open next Sat. so I will take another crack at it… Thought today would be the day but was meant to be… Questions/comments… I have some gopros I'll post later...

Thanks bud! The 60's were actually the problem yesterday... I am usually sub 1.65 but couldn't get those yesterday as I probably ran to much tire pressure with the cold track and so so prep... What I was really happy and impressed with was the trap since I was much lower than bear and Ryan recently but with a few 119+ runs I am right there with them on both ET and mph... These cars run so specific based on atmospheric conditions it's very very predictable... Now I gotta find some mods to satisfy me this winter... Hopefully, stage III comes out or I'll have to focus on weight reduction... I have heard some rumors of Eurocode coming out with some stuff but nothing official...
