Default Q7 - bad crash

Guys,

german police and german newspaper claim, that this is a Q7:

Ha?!

They also note, that the driver was going 180 km/h (111 mph) and - not on a highway, but on a normal countryside road. The car crashed against the irst tree, broke it, flew over the left over and crashed against the next tree to blow up in flames.

Now there a roumors about was it suicide or just the end of "having big fun racing".

No need to say, the driver is dead - but no others were injured. Police identified the type of car by the licence plate. They found it together with other car parts in the area of half a mile arround the crash.

Man, I'm gonna slow down a little for the next time....

Hi,

got the information from another Q7 forum in Germany. The link is the official police report. Q7 there not mentioned. The other given newslinks do not have an archive, and as it happened already on Jan 7th, the clip seems to be gone there already.

The official police release is the last on that linked page - of course unfortunatly in german.

http://www1.polizei-nrw.de/kleve/presse/6wochenende/</a

It's (was) an A8 , 49 y.o. male. 180km on curving, 2 lane road in Winter - money can't buy sense.

Default Something I don't understand...

That car basically disintegrated. Actually, it looks like the "Wicked Witch of the West" and that it melted. How is it that that tree has almost no damage to it aside from some scorching?

Also, that white stuff- is it foam from the fire truck?
