My only problem with the AMI is that it takes up so much of the very limited center console storage space. The little phone glove box and sunglasses holder are pretty limited for anything practical.

Door Pockets. Not much else you can do. I don't carry much in my cars, less rattling that way.

Hmm, still waiting for the connection cable for my iPod, which is not delivered with the AMI in Europe(?). Can't understand it, it's like buying a car and getting it without engine. Have to pay 50 EUR extra for it. Already waiting 2 months!

AMI I have over 10,000 songs at my disposal from my ipod, and can not even remember if we have used the CD player yet. I, like merc_230, do not have much in the way of stuff in my car as well, clutter and less rattles ;-)

It was done at the factory and the charge (I believe) was $275.00

Does the iPod slide around on that tray or is there some form of no-slip material in there?

I hope to have first hand expereice by this weekend...dealer called yesterday saying my long-awaited Q7 is supposed to arrive by Friday. Finally!
