Hey guys...Hello from Canada!
You guys are probably (or probably should be) sleeping now.
Things seem pretty quiet here...not that we're overly rambunctious in the Canadian forum.
Dumb question: Is the traffic low due to a dearth of Audi's down under, or is there a more local website that the Audi afficionado's gravitate to?
Or, what I imagine is probably closer to the real answer, that you guys don't bother wasting your time on geeky internet forums, especially when you can go to the beach, surf, and enjoy your beautiful women (and men...gotta be equal).
Anyhow, we're freezing and bored up here...too much talking about snow tires.
Come on by for a forum visit (look at me, the official ambassador from the Canadian forum)...we'd love to hear your opinions on your Audis.
However, watch out for some of these guys:
Visti: He will turn everything ghey (gay) sexual on you
Bruno_S4: He will snag you into a Group Buy...and sometimes even for things that you actually wanted
Tanner: He WILL get a picture of you...anywhere, anyhow.
Meegis: He has about three quarters of a million kilometers on his car trekking in from some remote place in Canada every day.
Moro is an Orange: you figure that one out. I think he has an orange Ipod or something.
Hemants: He defected to Benz recently...or did he? Naw he did. Very helpful if you want to buy a car $2 over cost...Yup $2. The dealers love him.
Afretes: Our dealer rep on the forum...although I think he's sold 1 car because of his time on the forum. Always tempts us with beautiful picture...they always end up being about cars. We're in cold Canada - we want other warm things. What can you expect from a Italian/Argentinian/Canadian hybrid ;-)
Turbonator: great guy...his opinions always matters.
April/Verdegrrrl: Watch out, she's a firecracker.
Jet Jockey/A4 Pilot: Don't tell him that Audi's handle well.
RippleChip: I think he started out as Humpty Dumpty, but then decided to get creative.
JON001: He's the first computer named Jon to buy an Audi.
Tgr_Clw: Great brakes, spent enough on his car that he now calls it a Porsche A4.
Distinct: Don't know too much. I think he has an Italian girlfriend, or maybe that's Aman_Unnaturally Aspirated. Or maybe they have the same girlfriend. It's ok, she's Italian.
Faiz: Has twins. Haven't heard from him since.
Me, I'm just usually full of $hit...but I'm nice. Really, I am - ask my kids.

Tgr_Clw: bought some cheap B6 S4 seats from the US and then got 0wn3d by Canada Customs with his newly installed BBK coming back into Canada.

I always wanted an Italian GF.
I posted here a while ago because I was headed to Melbourne and only 2 people replied and the thread died, even though it was on the front page. I'm headed to Australia again in 3 weeks, so I am the only legitimate person who should be here...

Welcome - we could do with some posts.
You are right - we dont get the amount of traffic as we use to, shame really as i still use this forum when searching for answers.. Most Aussie Audi owners tend to frequent www.ozaudi.com.
