ACNA multi-region Dragon Ride

I'm one of the henchmen helping Paul Gazella organize this thing in May. I'm starting headcounts, so post anywhere convenient. I'll track all related threads.

It's going to be a great time.
I think there will be 4-6 people who will go the distance from Ohio down to the Dragon. I know we will pick up one on the way back home (he's going back home to Dayton).
Anyone planning on going needs to place hotel reservations ASAP!! If the Jameson Inn fills up, I do know that there's a Holiday Inn Express that's within walking distance.
Preparations to the car begin next week!

My brother is at the Hilton! (over near the airport)

Do we have any kind of headcount from the other regions? I'm talking some serious turkey with the sticker guy, and also with a shirt guy (who's in OHIO). We can get prices at low shirt volumes, but i'm going ahead and geting 250 stickers (enough for us and the Mini crowd I think!).
Yatahey: all for a good cause. We can trade for Mini swag! See if you can reach Marc Nguyen (?) at Potomac. I'd like to have an idea of how many map/info packages to copy. I'd also like all the e-mails if we get names so I can e-mail each individual a copy of the planning document.
