'spose no one is interested a nice home in a quaint resort town 2 hrs north of Chicago?
I'm putting in a offer on a lovely 6 bedroom, 8 bath in Plymouth.

not saying it's accurate but it does seem in line with my experience:
142 mi - about 2 hours 44 mins
up to 3 hours 20 mins in traffic

I've seen your car before....
I can tell you, you would not be happy with that kitchen.....if you think your car mods are expensive, they are like the demo costs and drywall for a kitchen remodel.....just the tip of the iceberg.
