Default I sweep snow off my cars 6 months of the year- skip on that model.

<center><img src="http://pictureposter.audiworld.com/48672/april_snow.jpg"></center><p>Get a cheap wooden handled version from Canadian Tire - the $2.99 model.

The trick to avoiding swirls and scratches is to keep your car clean. Its the dirt and road muck that will scratch paint as you sweep the snow off. The dirt will often bind to the snow creating a bit of a Brillo pad effect.

Before the snow flies, apply a very good base coat of wax - real wax not that gooey detailing crap. And then wash the car often and dry it to prevent dust etc. from sticking to the moisture repeating the whole contamination process.

Default Check out the OXO "Good Grips" Snowbrush.... only $15 (USD)

It has plastic bristles that are super soft and "feathered" at the end.

Brush has a nice "Euro" look to it as well..<ul><li><a href="http://www.properautocare.com/oxotwsnbrice.html">OXO Snowbrush</a></li></ul>
