Stoptech rotor hat pins will NOT budge - recommendations?

This weekend I attempted to replace my aging and warped StopTech rotors (332mm) with some direct replacements from RacingBrake. Once I pulled the rotor+hat off the car, I went to unscrew the pins from the rotor hat...and...they wouldn't budge. None of the pins moved when I tried to remove them with my Allen wrench, to the point where I was beginning to round off my Allen wrench. I tried some brute force pounding, WD-40, and various wrench combinations, but still nothing. I'll admit to being a bit of weakling, but this is ridiculous. I need to get this sorted for a track event in two weeks, any recommendations?
Is there a tool that makes this easier? Should I just take it to a mechanic? Call StopTech? Do they sell hats only (RacingBrake apparently only sells the rotors)?
On the plus side, the RacingBrake rotors look like they'll fit nicely...
