Like the A5/S5 (but to a lesser degree), imagery of the next generation A5 has surfaced on the net prior to its auto show unveiling.

The first specs are in line with expectations:

- It will span 4.7 meters long and 1.83 meters wide
- The base engine is a 1.8-liter TFSI producing 160 hp
- 2.0, 2.7 and 3-liter diesels available
- Aso available is a 260 hp 3.2-liter V6 FSI
- It will have an interior similar to the Q7, A5 and A6

There is obviously no official confirmation that this is in fact a real photo, but close inspection and general consensus point to it being authentic.
